*Of driving…*
Just the other day, I overheard some colleagues talking about driving and how they felt powerful and empowered by the mere controlling of the car.
And I dread when people ask me, “Do you have a license?”
Here. Let me say this once and for all. For some people, they are driving-extraordinaires.
But for me, I was destined NOT to drive. Literally, I was BORN NOT to drive. And this is why I say this.
When I was born, my dad decided to take up driving. He took so many tests, and falied countless numbers of time.
However, once my brother was born 3 years after me, he passed his driving and has been driving since then.
So you see, it’s pretty much a sign that I should not take up driving. But of course, we’re not being superstitious here. There are other reasons why I shouldn’t drive.
For one, I have an over-active imagination. My mind wanders off every few seconds and that, is a hazard on the road.
We’ve had too many accidents these days. Don’t add one more cause by putting me on the roads. Believe you me, I can’t drive even if my life depended on it.
You can ask me for a go on those arcade car-simulation games though. At least, people don’t get killed there. Heh.

Some people have been bugging me to get a license, including my dad and uncle. I’m like you, I think I’m a hazard on the road, simply because I just know I will forget to check into the mirrors etc.
And it’s not cheap to take lessons!
Sigh, I would rather be driven than drive.
